Another busy week at Core LDN 💛

From a full schedule of studio classes to hosting The Mum Club Richmond, we welcomed mums & their babies for a special postnatal class with our expert pelvic health physio Anna Woolley

We have lots more new-ness in studio in the form of our beautiful Y O G I B A R E ® Yoga props & mats and new grip socks from The Studio Edit 😍

We’re also VERY excited to unveil the new The Original FÔLD Reformer in the studio 👀
