We’re delighted to welcome Conor Chalk ᴄᴏɴᴏʀ ᴄʜᴀʟᴋ to the Loop Talent roster.

Conor is an established and popular Director of Photography working across commercials, music videos and branded content. His portfolio includes campaigns for brands such as Sweaty Betty, Chivas Regal, Huel and Marriott Bonvoy, taking him across the UK and internationally.

Originally from the Midlands and now based in London, Conor has built a reputation not only for his technical expertise, but also for his collaborative approach and personable nature on set.

Alongside his commercial work, Conor also directs. His film for Royal Enfield is a strong example of his ability to combine creative vision with precise technical ex*****on.

In music, Conor’s credits include Jianbo: None of Us, directed by Charles Copsey for Teepee Films, as well as Enter Shikari, directed by Elliot Gonzo.

Conor’s cinematography is further informed by his expertise with the Ronin 4D. He is one of the most sought after operators working with the system, and he combines technical precision with a highly intuitive shooting style, supported by his own comprehensive kit package.

With a fantastic run of her Film and HETV work currently reaching audiences, we’re shining a spotlight on Hair & Make Up Designer Siobhán Harper-Ryan Siobhan Harper-Ryan.

Siobhán’s Make Up, Hair & Prosthetics Design can currently be seen in ‘The Incomer’, the acclaimed Louis Paxton feature starring Domhnall Gleeson, which recently premiered at Sundance before its UK cinema release last week. Alongside that, feature ‘Everybody Digs Bill Evans’, starring Anders Danielsen Lie, Bill Pullman and Laurie Metcalf, hits cinemas on the 11th September following a hugely successful festival run.

For HETV, ‘It Gets Worse’, the highly anticipated A24 comedy from Leo Reich, featuring Andrew Scott, and Lena Dunham, is set to screen at this year’s BFI London Film Festival in October (tickets on sale to BFI members tomorrow).

Siobhán has just wrapped on a feature film for Erebus Pictures.

We are delighted to welcome Hair and Makeup Designers Jessie Deol jessie_deol and Farida Ghwedar ＦＡＲＩＤＡＧＨＷＥＤＡＲ to the Loop Talent Roster.

Farida and Jessie are an award-winning Hair and Makeup Team with extensive experience across high-end television, film, commercials, theatre and live events. Working together they bring exceptional expertise in character design, period hairstyling, wigs and contemporary beauty. Both were part of the Emmy-winning Bridgerton Hair and Make Up team, and worked closely with lead cast members Simone Ashley, Nicola Coughlan and Charithra Chandran. For Bridgerton, Farida and Jessie were both nominated for BAFTA Awards with their respective Hair and Make Up departments, and Farida won an Emmy and MUAHS Guild Award for Outstanding Period Hairstyling.
Jessie recently designed Big Mood S2’ and was also selected as one of this year’s inaugural Elle Vanguard: Women in Film and Television cohort.

Jessie and Farida were part of the teams behind leading films ‘Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie’, ‘Legend’, ‘Trance’, ‘Gambit’, ‘Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows’, ‘Picture This’ and ‘London Boulevard’ as well as television credits that include ‘Wild Cherry’, ‘Martin’s Close’, ‘Cursed’ ‘Cheaters’ and ‘MotherFatherSon’.
