Felix just added Mondays. 🙌🏽

Due to increasing demand, Felix is now available Mondays 2–7pm at Crouch End Fitness, giving patients more availability with one of our most popular practitioners.

Felix has been part of the Pure Dynamic team since 2020, building a loyal following through calm, consistent, and genuinely excellent care. He combines hands-on treatment with clear rehabilitation planning and a real passion for movement, strength training, and long-term performance.

His approach is ideal for anyone wanting to move beyond short-term symptom relief and properly rebuild strength, confidence, and resilience.

His full schedule is now:
📍 Monday: 2–7pm
📍 Tuesday: 9–5pm
📍 Thursday: 9–3:30pm
📍 Friday: 9–5pm

Anjlee Emmerson has spent 19 years working closely with women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic health concerns, post-operative rehabilitation, and menopause support.

We’re excited to announce that Anjlee Emmerson is now leading a specialist Women’s Health Clinic from our neighbours at Life by Margot

A calm, supportive space dedicated to helping women feel stronger, more comfortable and better supported through every stage of life.

Specialist-led care includes:
• Pre & post natal care
• Pelvic health support
• Advanced lymphatic drainage
• Post-operative recovery care
• Menopause support
• Breast cancer rehabilitation & post-surgical care
• Scar therapy & scar rehabilitation

Meet Katerina, who joins the team from 19th May.

Katerina takes an integrated approach to treatment, combining osteopathy and sports massage to support the whole person, not just the presenting symptom.

Originally from Cyprus, she grew up in an active household, moving between martial arts, climbing and team sports. That early exposure sparked a genuine curiosity about how the body functions, alongside firsthand experience managing her own injuries.

She holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy and a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, allowing her to adapt her approach to each individual.

Katerina works with people of all ages, supporting everything from postural strain and persistent tension to more acute injuries. A key part of her approach is patient education, helping you understand not just your symptoms, but what is driving them.

Katerina will be based at our Park Road clinic on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Appointments are now available.
