Bernadette is the owner of Peaceful Practice and has been a British Wheel of Yoga teacher for decades plus a Birthlight Well Woman Yoga diploma holder. She is as passionate and enthusiastic about her work as when she first came to yoga 36 years ago. She has also pioneered the teaching of pregnancy and post natal yoga and Well Woman Yoga in South East London. She has developed an individual, eclect

ic style honed from a wide variety of influences over the years and is still continuing to evolve. Key elements in her yoga teaching include movement with breath and subtle anatomy awareness. She is also a qualified yoga Teaching Practice Observer. Yoga tuition offered in; Well Woman Yoga; Menopause ( for which she has received specialist accreditation); fertility; 1-1 yoga therapy; Pregnancy Yoga; Postnatal Recovery Yoga for Mums & Babies; Baby Massage Tuition; Family Yoga; 1-1 yoga, yoga workshops & corporate classes. Based in Greenwich, Peaceful Practice has been providing a range of complementary therapy treatments for the past 18 years.
