🔴 Red heat warning this week — we’re opening up the studio as a free, air-conditioned space for families to come and cool down.

Air con on full, free tea and coffee, accessible shower with baby change, iced coffees and cold drinks if you fancy one, and somewhere calm to sit and let the kids play. We’ve got a few bits for crafts and that for the little ones — feel free to bring your own toys, snacks and drinks too. The more the merrier.

No need to book. Just turn up.

Everyone from Fish Island and round about is welcome — whether you’ve been to Social Yoga before or never heard of us until today.

Was an absolute dream to share practice with these guys this morning. We enjoyed a glockenspiel backed Lokah and a delicious morning flow and relaxation with the ever refreshing Cherry 🍒 Dash DASH Water . Now off to the studio for some family Yoga, Workshopping for Latitude Festival

We’re SO excited to share this 🌞

Social Yoga are officially part of Mind, Body & Zen at Latitude Festival this year. We’ll be running family yoga, sound and vinyasa flow sessions across the weekend with the incredible team at The Zen Project.

Myself, Mor and Justine will all be there (kids in tow!) so if you’re a regular, look out for Social Yoga on the wellness schedule. Our names will be right beside it. Come and find us!

It genuinely means so much to be part of something this special and we can’t quite believe it’s happening.

The wellness village itself is a whole world. Workshops, sound baths, ceremony, incredible food and so many other holistic practices running throughout the day. So much of it is family friendly too, which is exactly why we’re bringing the little ones along.

From what we understand it’s pretty relaxed if you want to bring your own mat too, so grab it on your way down if you’ve got one.

We’ll be sharing more details on our sessions soon. For now, just wanted to say how grateful and genuinely buzzing we are to be there. See some of you in the festival fields 💛

Bring up to 4 friends on your pack, book in together, move together, then stay a little longer for coffee, cold drinks and the kind of chat that only happens after class.

We were genuinely THRILLED to spot Social Yoga featured in this month’s edition of WICK Magazine, both in print and online.

A special thank you to Carolyn Owlett for taking the time to come and practise with us, experience the studio and write such kind words. We’re incredibly grateful to be included alongside so many brilliant independent wellness businesses across Fish Island and the surrounding area.

One of the things we love most about this neighbourhood is the sheer variety on offer. Whether you’re into Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Breathwork or strength training, there are some fantastic local studios doing great work and helping people move, connect and feel good.

As Carolyn mentioned in the article, community has always been at the heart of Social Yoga. We want people to feel welcome from their very first class, whether they’re stepping onto a mat for the first time or returning to a long-established practice.

If you’ve been curious about trying Mat Pilates, Yogalates or Yoga, we run classes every day from Monday through to Sunday, with BalletX and Barre joining the schedule soon.
