​What a "Pop-In" Visit Includes:
​✨ Quick Clean: Tidying up, washing up, and keeping the living space fresh.

​🍽️ Meal Prep: Plating up a nutritious meal and ensuring they have a drink.

​💬 Companionship: A genuine chat and a wellbeing check.

​🔐 Lock-Up Service: Ensuring windows/doors are secure and the home is safe.

​📱 Family Update: A quick text or call to you after every visit so you can breathe easy.

​💰 Rate: From £17.50 per hour (based on a minimum of two or more visits per week.)

​Status: Fully DBS Checked & Public Liability Insurance held

​Consistency: No agency rotation—just me, every single time :)
