Anyone coming for your appointment today please be aware that there are traffic lights on Barnby bends which are causing severe congestion when trying to get to the clinic from Beccles.

Please leave a bit of extra time as we are fully booked today and don’t have any spaces to accommodate late arrival.

I’m sorry, but Amy is having a couple of days out of clinic this week after having a little run around London on Sunday!
She’ll be back in clinic on Thursday…….hopefully walking normally!!

This weeks long training run did exactly go to plan with a migraine causing me to cut it short. But I still achieved 28km! Just another 14km on the big day 😬😬😬
