After being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and becoming increasingly worried about her health, Michelle joined Slimming World to make sure she’d be around to see her grandchildren grow up ❤️. With the right support and by making small, sustainable changes, she began to feel more confident in managing her health – and over time, she noticed significant improvements. Now 7st 10lbs (49kg) lighter, she finds everything much more manageable and her blood sugar levels are in a normal range 💪.
