Just a little reminder about my cancellation policy and why it’s there😊
As a self-employed practitioner, I only get paid when I’m working. Each appointment is a time I’ve set aside just for you, and I often have a waiting list of clients who’d love to take a last-minute spot.
Here’s how it works:
❌ No show – charged full price
❌ Cancelling on the day – charged full price
⚠️ Cancelling the night before – charged half price
✅ Cancelling 24 hours or more before – no charge
If you cancel 24+ hours in advance, it really helps me to:
✨ Offer your slot to someone on the waiting list
✨ Shuffle a few clients around
✨ Avoid losing that income completely
