✨Monthly sanctuary in September ✨

Once a month we immerse ourselves in a beautiful, meditative and relaxing yoga practice.

Yin Yoga consists of slow restorative flow where poses are held for up to 5 minutes at the time. Poses are mostly mat based whilst laying down or sitting, where we surrender our bodies to gravity to experience the pleasant discomfort of a gentle stretch.

The focus of this practice is to work with deeper tissues, joints, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

We strive to relax the mind into a meditative state where most of the work on our subtle energy bodies and healing happens.

It is not uncommon to experience physical as well as emotional releases during the class or shortly after.

We finish with assimilating what surfaces in the class in 30 minutes of guided meditation leaving with a free and rebalanced energy flow.

90 minutes, £15 pp, dress warm and comfortable

✨This Sunday we sat with the Crone Archetype.
The closing quote was:

“I am Crone. In my body is the Maiden and the Mother. See me not as your eyes see me. Rather see me with your heart as the completion and fulfilment of the goddess” Jade Sword

🌟 August Women's Circle – Journey with the Crone Archetype 🌟

The Crone Archetype, also known as the Sage Archetype, completes the cyclical journey of feminine life. Within the Triple Goddess framework, she represents the final stage of the feminine life cycle, embodying wisdom, intuition, transformation, and the release of societal expectations.

Having lived the vibrant energy of the Maiden and the nurturing strength of the Mother, the Divine Feminine evolves into a richer, deeper expression of wisdom. She now embodies the Crone.

In Jungian psychology, the invisibility that can accompany ageing is seen as an opportunity to retreat into the depths, where true power resides.

What does that mean for you?

Join us for a sacred Women's Circle as we honour the Crone/Sage Archetype- the wise woman within us all.

Through guided meditation, reflection, ceremonial cacao, journaling, optional sharing, and a sense of belonging, we'll reconnect with our inner strength and explore the gifts of wisdom, intuition, self-trust, and deep inner knowing.

✨ Yin Yoga is more than just stretching✨

In long, supported poses, we gently encourage the fascia- the body's connective tissue- to soften, helping to ease physical tension and create space for deep relaxation.

In the stillness, many people find space to let go of tension and reconnect with both body and mind.

Every experience is unique, but Yin can be a beautiful opportunity to release what no longer serves you. 💛

✨Come Home to Yourself✨

Self-acceptance isn't about becoming someone new. It's about gently returning to who you've always been beneath the expectations, self-doubt, and constant doing.

This is the heart of our Women's Circle gatherings.
Together, we create a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, and simply be...... softening self-criticism and cultivating compassion for ourselves.

When we feel seen without judgement, something shifts.
We remember that we don't have to be perfect to be worthy. We don't have to have all the answers.
We are enough, just as we are.

If you're longing for a space like this to embrace self-acceptance and be held in the company of like-minded women, we'd love to welcome you.

✨ Because the relationship you have with yourself is the foundation for every other relationship in your life. ✨

Two paths into the same pose. Two bodies. Two completely valid ways to get there.

Dropping knees to step through. Or flowing straight from downdog. Same low lunge, different way in, and both feel great.

This is what we mean when we say yoga is for every body. There's no single "right" way to move. You find what works for you, and that's the practice.

Want to flow with both of us? Our full class library is ready to stream whenever you are 💛

"Do I have to do everything in class?"

This one comes up a lot, so we wanted to answer it properly 💛

Short answer: absolutely not. Your practice is exactly that… yours. If something doesn't feel right, you rest. If you want to skip a pose, you skip it. If you just want to lie on your mat for the whole class, that's completely okay too.

There's no pressure to keep up. You move in the way that works for your body, on that day, in that moment.

Every class at Flow For All is designed to be accessible and supportive, whether you're brand new or you've been practising for years.

Want to try it from home first? Our full on-demand library is ready to stream whenever you are.
