Happy Saturday everyone😁. First of all a big well done to Rose Dorothy P great grandaughter, who went on a hunt to fund our therapy dog Oscar on Friday. Well done, she tracked him down and won a prize🎁. Today has been extra busy as we prepare for our summer fayre tomorrow. Thanks to Ann, Margaret and Norman for finishing ripping and labeling the bottles for me today🥰 this was a massive help! This afternoon myself and Joan headed to LH centre for a super afternoon celebrating mindful miles and everyone who makes our community so special. Walkden in Bloom ,heads up gentlemen, Supportive Spaces CIC , streetgate strummers, forhousing and our local community police. The centre was buzzing with laughter, conversations and people coming together, joan and i had a great afternoon! Well done to everyone❤️. When we arrived back it was time for Mags makeover for her Saturday night at the social club.....and tomorrow, well it's finally time for our Summer Fayre, we'll see you all there😁.

**UPDATE** After an extensive search party took place this morning to track down our therapy dog Oscar, he was eventually found by our residents,helped by our care team the little rascal was found hiding behind the TV in the family room!!! Well done to everyone!...... However after cuddles and a rest, he has absconded again!!!🐕🐕🐕. Remember if you visit tomorrow, have a good search about with your loved one🥰 he is still on Peel unit somewhere and there is still a reward for his safe return!! I loved playing hide and seek and our residents have got fully involved in trying to find Oscar today❤️❤️. We also found time to take Dot and Val out to the shops before lunch to restock our Bingo trolley👭, we enjoyed choosing our prizes together and having a good old mooch around. This afternoon we played everyones favourite game BINGO, this week was a full house, lots of laughs and winners, another blessed day at Kenyon lodge with plenty of teamwork involved 😁😁.

REWARD!!!! Our therapy dog has gone missing🤔😲😳. Can you help find him???🐶 He is hidden somewhere in plain sight on Peel, if you visit your loved one today please keep your 👀 open and have a good look around. Reward fir his safe return!! Good luck.🤞

What a perfect afternoon we have had!! 😍 This afternoon we played music chosen by Val to start with, we sang🎶🎶 along to her favourite songs,had a dance, every resident picked some of their memorable hits and we all sang along. The power of music is like no other for creating happiness and laughter among us all,it has been such a feel good afternoon. Val has been visited by her her friends and received lots of beautiful flowers 💐💐. Visitors alike joined in with us which is always great to see. A fantastic afternoon had by all.

🩷Today it's official! Wishing our lovely Margaret a beautiful 104th Birthday🩷. We celebrated yesterday, 🥂🎂 and today you get to do it all again surrounded by your family and friends.... and of course your girl squad👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 who made the birthday poster for your door💕💕.
