What a class, what a refurb!

You might have wondered how our instructors plan their Aqua classes so that you get the most out of working out in the water.

Here, Ceri’s given us an insight into how she programs her classes and WHY you need to think about how best to use the resistance a pool can offer in a safe and effective way 😁

METCON COMPETITION RESTARTS ON MONDAY!

After a wicked 3 month stretch, the leaderboards are now fresh for new competitors 😎

If you’ve considered competitive Metcon before, now’s the perfect time to try it - it’s available for everyone and gives you the chance to workout in a new and exciting way as part of a team or as an individual!

A huge thank you to everyone who entered our jewellery giveaway in support of the Meningitis Research Foundation. Your generosity has helped support an incredible cause, and we’re so grateful for every donation.

A special thank you to for generously donating such a beautiful piece of jewellery for this fundraiser.

We’re excited to announce that the 20 names below were randomly selected from everyone who donated, with each person being assigned one of the 20 keys.

On Monday the 13th, Dylan and Peter will test each key, one by one, until we discover which lucky person unlocks the box and wins the prize!

We are so excited to announce that a major refresh is coming to our Pool and Spa area! 🏊🏊‍♀️

To bring you a completely elevated spa experience, we will be carrying out extensive refurbishment works from Monday 13th July to Monday 27th July.

While the pool, sauna, and steam room facilities will be temporarily closed during this period, we cannot wait for you to see the incredible improvements when we reopen. Here is a sneak peek at what we are working on:

- New floor tiles outside the Sauna & Steam room (We know many of you have requested this!)
- Improved, ambient lighting throughout the space
- A full ceiling replacement
- Brand-new loungers and updated decor for ultimate relaxation Fresh, new tiling work to the pillars around the pool
- A stunning new feature wall to tie it all together

We completely understand that closures can be disruptive to your routine, and we want to thank you all so much for your patience and understanding while we invest in upgrading our facilities.

We promise the end result will be well worth the wait! Stay tuned for behind-the-scenes updates as the work gets underway ☺️
