😥Hi everyone really sorry but I have to cancel some classes wed 5 August and Thurs 6 th August … everyone that is on classes will get a message on Gymcatch

🙏I’m adding extra sessions on Sunday 2 August, Monday 3 August and Tues 4th August so if anyone ones to swap to those let me know and I will add you in

✔️And I’m also adding extra sessions Sunday 9 August Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th August!!

🚸I’m going to run a few parents and teens sessions over the summer - they will be £5 per person and only 1 adult can come with the teen or teens!

booking will be on the app as usual and there will be at least one class a week

Let me know by commenting below and I can send the class link over once I have created it ✔️✅🙏

Teens are aged 13-16.. I imagine you wouldn’t get a teen above that coming anywhere with you!!

Noswaith dda🌒

I’m wanting to do some weekly mat classes using a bell tent/ tipi weather permitting ..

I would want to keep it up for some of the year in an outdoor space/ field

It needs to be accessible by foot and possibly by a car for me so I can get equipment to it
And needs to be in Morfa Nefyn

Happy to rent or buy part of a field ..

Does anyone have any contacts that may be interested ?
