The equinox marks the transition from summer to autumn – a perfect time of year to reflect on the changes in the seasons and within ourselves.

Join us in nature on the evening of the autumn equinox to slow down and recharge with the sound of the river and wildlife as your backdrop.

This class focuses on core and pelvic-floor recovery, mobility and re-energising movement, all in a calm & supportive environment.

Babies are welcome to play on the mat or stay in their pram. Whatever they prefer we can accommodate.

If you’re looking to refine your movement and build confidence in your practice, Noleen’s classes are not to be missed.

With a background in elite sport, including multiple Commonwealth Games representing Northern Ireland Netball, she brings a coach’s eye for detail to every class.

Known as the technician of the team, her ability to spot the smallest adjustments that make the biggest difference, Noleen helps clients improve technique, move more efficiently and get the most from every class.

Alongside her weekly Mat and Reformer classes, you can also join Noleen on Sundays for Reformer Jump Board and The Power of Mat Classical Pilates.
