The good news? Sarah Anne is back from Australia and has returned straight to the clinic.

With Sarah Anne back on board, we now have additional Physiotherapy and Sports Massage appointments available Thursdays and Fridays.

MVMNT & MILESTONES

This weekend marks 3 years since we launched Reformer Pilates at CORE MVMNT.

Back before it was cool, Will borrowed a van, drove to Belfast, loaded up the machines, and brought Reformer Pilates back to Newcastle.

This weekend also marks 9 years since Izzy began teaching Mat Pilates in the town. That strong foundation, built class by class over the years, is what allowed our Reformer programme to grow into what it is today.

To everyone who has joined us on the mat or the reformer over the years—thank you. Your support, commitment, and the fact that you keep showing up week after week means the world to us.

Men remain one of the most underrepresented groups in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, but not at our studio.

Alongside our jam packed Mat Pilates for Men class we also have Will (a man) teaching on our Reformers.

You don’t need to be flexible to start. Most of our regulars have joined us to work on their mobility.

Our Men are looking to improve their golf swing, support their gym training and reduce aches & pains.

Pilates really is for every body.

Big changes are coming to CORE MVMNT.

Over the past few months we’ve been working behind the scenes to improve your studio experience — and from July 2026 we’ll be launching a brand new booking system and CORE MVMNT app.

You can expect:
• Easier, more logical payments
• Personalised accounts & class credits
• New membership options
• Waiting lists & smoother booking

To help us transition, purchases of class passes on our current system will stop from 1st June. Any remaining credits will be transferred across to the new system in July.

As part of this upgrade, class prices will increase slightly from July, however our new membership options will keep your cost per class in line with current pricing.

We’re so excited to show you what we’ve been working on — keep an eye on our socials for sneak peeks coming soon 👀

This is our last week of Sally teaching classes in our studio before she sails off across the Irish Sea to start teaching in London.

Ever since Sally has come onboard she’s brought an amazing energy to the studio and we’ve all learnt a thing or two about yachts.

Newcastle’s loss is London’s gain and we can’t wait to see all the amazing studios Sally will end up teaching in.
