📍 Gloucestershire

🕒 37.5-hour week | three 12.5-hour shifts | four rest days

The salaries below are based on this typical full-time week. We also have part-time, bank and full-time vacancies with additional hours available, so your actual annual earnings will flex accordingly. Tell us what works for you.

We’re recruiting:

✅ Residential Support Workers — days, waking nights or weekends (£28,996.50 – £32,896.50)

✅ Sleep-In Residential Support Workers — planned overnight cover (£45–£65 per sleep-in, plus hourly rate for any disturbance)

✅ Senior Residential Support Workers (£31,000 – £35,000)

✅ Deputy Managers / Team Leaders (£37,500 – £40,000) — including participation in the senior on-call rota

Full-time, part-time and bank contracts all available.

We welcome applications from experienced Level 3-qualified practitioners and from people looking to start a career in children’s residential care.

We fund the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare for appointed staff.

🤝 We’re building a multi-skilled, diverse team and welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds - social care, social work, fostering, youth work, SEN support, the emergency services, teaching, sports coaching and voluntary work, and we actively welcome those with lived experience of the care system or of supporting vulnerable children and young people.

💙 Above all, we’re looking for people with a genuine passion for working with children and young people, and a belief in every young person’s potential to thrive.

You’ll be supported by Consultant Clinical Psychology oversight, reflective supervision, a trauma-informed practice model, and a deliberately small, professionally governed team.

🏡 We're hiring across both homes — and we'd love to hear from you.
We're opening two new children's homes in Derbyshire, and we're building our full team across both sites — from Support Workers through to Registered Manager level.
The first home opens summer 2026, with a second following in early 2027. Both will be small, therapeutic, solo-occupancy homes for children with highly complex needs. Every role in these homes matters — because every child deserves a place where they feel safe, loved, and truly valued.

We're recruiting for:
🔹 Support Workers 🔹 Senior Support Workers 🔹 Deputy Managers 🔹 Registered Manager (dual-home model — a rare and exciting opportunity to shape both homes from the ground up)
Whether you're just starting your journey or ready to step into your next role, we want to hear from you. If you have the right values, and a genuine commitment to doing care properly — we'll back you the whole way.
What we offer:
💷 Competitive rates of pay 🎓 Level 3 and Level 5 Diplomas fully funded 🤝 Mentored by a senior leadership bench with 100+ years' combined Ofsted-regulated experience 🏠 Real autonomy to shape both homes from day one, within a model that is genuinely lived — not bolted on
We welcome applicants from residential care, social work, youth justice, CAMHS, SEN, ASD, lived experience and supported accommodation backgrounds.
This is care, done properly.
Apply today and help us build something genuinely meaningful in Derbyshire.
