When did you last give yourself a couple of hours with absolutely nothing expected of you?

No jobs to get done. No one else to look after. Nowhere else you need to be.

The Soul Experience is two hours of space created entirely for you.

We begin slowly, over ceremonial cacao or herbal tea, taking time to arrive and explore what you need from our time together. From there we create an intention, draw on the wisdom of the cards and move into a deeply nurturing Reiki treatment.

There is no set destination and no expectation of what your experience should be.

Just space to pause, reconnect and receive. 🌿

This first level of Reiki is all about laying the foundations — connecting with yourself, exploring self-healing, beginning to work with Reiki energy and discovering the Reiki Precepts as a way of supporting everyday life.

No previous experience is needed, just an openness and curiosity to explore 🙏
