I am set on the vibe of PAUSE & PARTICIPATE. I’m ignoring the husting-ego-with-big-biz-intensity.

I’ve opted out of my biggest calendar events and my business EGO is losing her little mind over this radical choice. I’ve opted out of my typical big festival line-ups, I’ve decided not to host anything major of my own, and I am instead choosing ME.

Hot…but make it Reiki.

😂😂😂 this one might just be for me.

When I was in my Reiki Master training. One beautiful Mom in the group said that she has always laid hands on her kiddo’s boos boos or fevery head or achey spots. She just intuitively new that was the things to do. She called them hot hands because they warmed and healed and comforted the people we love.
