This week we went to a cake sale which was by far the best cakes we have ever tasted! All in aid of charity. We had cups of tea which is a clients favourite thing and added to the apricot flapjack, what more could we ask for on our visit. Lots of money was raised and we enjoyed a trip out.

A day of baking gluten free today with a client. It was such fun with icing and also some chocolate Rice Krispie cakes. I have had a gluten free lesson in what’s available 🎊🎊
