๐ค We had to get to this one eventually so let's go there - often viewed as the bully of the group this is probably the most misunderstood machine on our circuit. Yet, with a personality this big, without it our circuit would be sadly depleted.
๐ When your job is to work ALL the biggest, most powerful muscles in the body, in combination, you're going to cause trouble in the process! We're not wired to like hard. This is a machine you need to learn to love - understand your body was made to do this. You have muscles that when used correctly are designed to lift a heavy load and protect your spine and your joints in the process!
It's hard because it's the BIG CALORIE BURNER and that stuff don't come without EFFORT But it's totally worth it because;
๐ You'll build powerful glutes (that's your butt), hamstrings and quads (in your thighs) - key muscles for movement, making everyday life easier.
๐ Your glutes will learn their job and start doing it; whether your sat on it or lifting something your butt is there to take the load!
