🌿 Acupuncture isn’t just about needles.
As well as acupuncture, I also use cupping and gua sha as part of treatments where appropriate.
✨ Cupping
Cups are placed on the skin to create gentle suction. It can be particularly useful for areas of muscular tension, tightness and discomfort, and can help encourage circulation to the area.
✨ Gua sha
A smooth tool is used to gently massage and scrape the skin. It can be used on areas of tension and stiffness, and I also use it as part of my Facial Acupuncture Ritual.
Both techniques can be used alongside acupuncture, depending on what you need on the day.
Your treatment isn’t a set routine — I tailor it to you, your symptoms and how you’re feeling when you come in.
