📣 Important Patient Notice – Change to Medication Ordering

From 30th April, we will no longer be able to accept medication orders over the telephone.

✅ You can still order your medication using one of the following methods:

💻 Online
• Patients must attend the practice with valid ID to set up an online account

📄 Repeat prescription slip
• Hand it in directly at the practice
• OR leave it with your nominated pharmacy

We currently have a full system outage and are unable to access our appointment system and patient records. Our IT department are currently working to restore our access and we ask that patients only contact the GP practice this afternoon if it is for an urgent matter. Thank you for your understanding.

Patient Notice Re: Ramipril 5mg

Some cartons of Ramipril 5mg capsules, manufactured by Crescent Pharma Limited, may contain blister strips of Amlodipine 5mg tablets.

All packs of Ramipril 5mg capsules, Batch number GR164099 are being recalled as a precautionary measure.

If you have an impacted pack or are unsure, please contact your dispensing pharmacy in the first instance.

📢 Important Notice: Car Park Security & Usage

To ensure our facilities remain accessible for those who need them, we are introducing new security measures for the medical centre car park.

Starting tomorrow, the car park will be secured and locked overnight during the following hours:

🔓 Open: 08:00 AM

🔒 Locked: 06:00 PM (Daily)

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: This car park is strictly for the use of patients attending the medical centre only. Unauthorised parking prevents those with urgent needs or mobility difficulties from accessing essential care.

Please ensure all vehicles are removed by 6:00 PM each evening to avoid being locked in until the following morning.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping these spaces available for our patients.

We are unfortunately still experiencing issues with our telephone lines. Our service providers are working hard to restore and we appreciate your patience.

We are currently experiencing some telephone difficulties whereby some of the calls are not coming through to the practice, or being cut off. Our service provider is aware of this and is currently working on a solution, however they have been unable to access their portal to enable them to forward the calls to a mobile. Thank you for your understanding.

The IT issues being experienced by NHS Tayside this morning are affecting the Practice IT systems. As a result, the staff have no access to patient records. We appreciate your understanding whilst we await further updates from NHS Tayside.
