I've had the pleasure of working with Simon to get him in the best place physically for his chairty run across Iceland. Simon and the team are raising money for Rock 2 Recovery a charitable organisation which supports emergency responders and ex-military personnel who are affected by stress.
While in Iceland Simon and the team will be running north to south over 9 days covering 209 miles. This is the equivalent of 8 marathons back to back! As well as the huge distances they will cover, they will also be living in the wilderness battling intense conditions for the entire time.
