And this year, you've got TWO dates to choose from! Spaces are limited to make sure to give us your name and don't forget to bring a friend!

Four elements, four different ways to unwind. Have you tried them all?

14/10/2026

Did you make it to our Fire Retreat on Sunday? This retreat was all about looking after yourself as you go into the colder months while also reflecting on the year so far.

Using guided meditation with our Warm Amber Akasha oil to a hand and arm hot stone massage with heated booties..it was the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning.

Our final Element of the year has arrived…

As the days get colder and the nights get darker, we're moving into Fire - our season of warmth, restoration and winter rescue. And with it come three new limited-edition Winter Packages, created for the months when slowing down, warming up and taking a little more care of yourself feels particularly good.

🔥 Radiant Rest | 45 mins | £52
A warming combination of amber oil and hot stone massage, finished with a luxury hot chocolate and time to unwind in our relaxation lounge.
🔥 Amber Glow | 1 hr 30 | £94
Full-body exfoliation, warmed amber oil, massage and your choice of makeup application or an express manicure — followed, of course, by hot chocolate and relaxation.
🔥 The Phoenix Ember Ceremony | 4 hours | £159
Our ultimate winter reset. Facilities, exfoliation, hot stone full-body massage, our Mind & Body Glow Facial and plenty of time to simply switch off.

Available to book October–December. ✨

And if you're already thinking about Christmas, all three can also be purchased as gift vouchers, valid until 31st March.

Elements members - these are for you too.
The packages can be redeemed using your existing spa membership allowance. So, for example, a Gold member could put their 60-minute monthly allowance towards Radiant Rest and add a little extra treatment time.*

Which one are you choosing — Radiant Rest, Amber Glow or The Phoenix Ember Ceremony?

*Membership allowance applies; discounts are not applicable.
