These three things is what I wish I knew sooner!

I honestly cannot stress enough that less is more. Yes you might think that a 10 step routine is necessary but it’s not. It’s social media doing its thing, convincing you that you need to do more than you’re already doing.

Give that nervous system a little break. You’re all good.
