Raising awareness about Prostate Cancer, Reading Rep Theatre are hosting a free event for anyone who would like to learn more about prostate cancer, the signs to look out for, and where to find support and information.

The Bowel Cancer Community Van is coming to IKEA Pincents Lane, Reading, RG31 7SD, from 24th–26th September, 10am–4pm.

This free event is a great opportunity for patients in the local area to:

✅ Understand when to seek help
✅ Ask questions and discuss any concerns

Our Data & IT team will be available to answer your questions and help you with your NHS App.

• Order repeat prescriptions
• View and manage appointments
• View your test results
• Access your GP health record securely

Please note: You must already be registered for the NHS App and have an account before attending the session, so that we can help you effectively.

If you are not yet registered, please visit the front desk in Reception and ask for an Online Services registration form. You will need to complete the form and provide one form of Photo ID.

Dear Patients,

We have recently received a number of queries from patients who are unable to view their consultation records in the NHS App.

Although patients still have full access to their medical records, we have investigated this issue and found that the NHS App has recently undergone several updates. As part of these changes, the "Consultations" tab has been moved and is no longer located where it was previously.

You can now find your consultation records under Appointments > Appointment Notes within the NHS App.

📢 Important: GP Triage Service Update

Dear patients,

Our online GP Triage service will be updated to a new version between 5:30pm on Thursday 16th July and 8:30am on Friday 17th July.

During this time, there may be periods where the new version is still becoming available to everyone. If you experience any difficulty accessing the GP Triage service, please try again a little later.

You will continue to use the GP Triage service to contact the practice for appointments, prescription queries, sick (fit) notes, test result queries, and other GP requests.
