At the beginning of August, this lovely lady walked through the doors of Angel Rays feeling anxious, overwhelmed and caught up in the hecticness of everyday life.
Since then, she has experienced a Hot Stone Massage, Holistic Facial, Spiritual Reading with Pam and, most recently, her very first Reiki treatment.

Reiki Level 1 is the beautiful beginning of your Reiki journey — but it’s about so much more than learning a healing technique.

It’s about you.

Slowing down. Reconnecting with yourself. Becoming more aware of your own energy. Learning how to bring greater balance, calm and intention into your everyday life.

Across this 2-day course, we’ll explore Reiki energy, the chakra system, the Reiki principles, self-healing and how to gently share Reiki with others.

You’ll also receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, a special and personal part of opening yourself to Reiki energy.

No previous experience is needed. At Angel Rays, you’ll learn in a small, relaxed and supportive environment where there is time to practise, ask questions and enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
