We’re pleased to let you know that Closomat will soon be relocating to a new head office. This move supports our continued growth and commitment to improving the service and support we provide to our customers and partners.

To facilitate the move, our phones and IT infrastructure will be briefly offline from 12pm on Friday 29th May until 9am on Monday 1st June, when normal service will resume.

We appreciate your patience during this short transition period and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We look forward to continuing to support you from our new location with our usual opening hours of 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

For many people, everyday tasks that others may take for granted, can have a profound impact on mental health. Lack of independence when going to the toilet, can lead to feelings of frustration, anxiety, and isolation.

At Closomat, we believe everyone deserves to feel confident, comfortable, and in control when going to the loo. Our Wash and Dry Toilets are simple to use. They effectively and consistently wash and dry the user, reducing reliance on others for intimate care and helping restore a sense of dignity and self-esteem.

When people feel empowered in their daily lives, it can make a real difference to their mental wellbeing. Accessibility and inclusive design are vital in supporting mental health. Let’s keep the conversation going.
