What makes my heart smile is seeing these little moments where love is more than just a feeling. You can actually feel it in the room. ❤️
When I walk around Oak Manor and see moments like these, I honestly wonder how I could be anything other than the proudest manager. 🥹
Our life at Oak Manor is beautiful. 🌿 Our residents, their loved ones and every single member of our amazing team are the reason we keep going, even on the days that feel hard and draining.
Being part of management isn’t always easy. There are challenging days, difficult decisions and moments when we question ourselves. But then we see pictures like these… and we remember why we do what we do. ❤️
These moments remind us to keep learning, keep growing and keep striving to deliver the very best for our people.
Oak Manor is more than a care home. It’s a community filled with love, connection and beautiful little moments. 🏡❤️
And I couldn’t be prouder to be part of it. 🥰

This morning, Pat and Olive enjoyed a relaxing pamper session with Jayne, soaking their hands and having their nails beautifully painted while enjoying a cup of tea and some biscuits. 💅☕🍪

🎳 💕Yesterday afternoon, our residents enjoyed a fun game of bowls, filled with plenty of laughter, friendly competition and lots of encouragement. 😊

Jackie took on the very important role of keeping score, making sure we all knew who was winning! 📝👏

We also enjoyed a well-earned refreshment break before continuing the fun. It was lovely to see everyone so happy, engaged and enjoying each other’s company. ❤️ 🌸

Yesterday morning, Jayne spent some lovely one-to-one time with our residents in their rooms, creating meaningful moments and giving them the opportunity to enjoy some individual attention. ❤️
Later, we had lots of fun with a game of balloon tennis! 🎈🎾 With music playing, everyone got involved, interacted with one another and enjoyed plenty of laughter and smiles. 💕😊
