Warm the soul with a jar of health. Fresh squeezed whole orange & lemon. Half teaspoon cayenne pepper, turmeric and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper & cinnamon. Pinch of Himalayan salt and a tablespoon apple cider vinegar.

Place ingredients into cold filtered water and top up with hot water. Sip over a couple of hours. Wake up feeling somewhat revived. This is my concoction for tonight 🍋 🍊
