Slower mornings mean tasty breakfast experiments!

These were so much better booked I’m the air fryer.

egg whites 🥚
carrot cake whey 🥕
0% Greek yogurt 🥄
Blue berries & Honey 🍯

I cooked for. 6 mins on 180 because I prefer the texture - this hit the spot this morning!

No crash diets.
No cutting out everything she enjoys.
No chasing perfection.

Just showing up, building habits, fuelling her body properly, and staying consistent when life got busy.

The scales tell one story, but the photos tell another. 👏

Less bloating.
More definition.
More confidence.
More energy.
More belief in herself.

This is what happens when you stop looking for quick fixes and start focusing on the foundations.

Progress isn’t always dramatic overnight, but 7 weeks of consistency can change a lot.

Not every setback needs to turn into self sabotage.

This week I hurt myself pretty badly and my first instinct was instantly:
“Well what’s the point now?”
“Just restrict harder.”
“Push through.”
“Train anyway.”

And honestly… that’s the old mindset.

The all or nothing mindset.
The punishment mindset.
The “if it’s not perfect, I’ve failed” mindset.

But healing your relationship with yourself is learning to work WITH your body, not against it.

So right now?
We adapt.
We recover.
We keep our heads screwed on.
And we don’t let one difficult week undo all the progress we’ve made. 🤍

WEVE GOT THE KEY 🔑 🥹💖🥂
And we’re heading into a new chapter! 🏡

Today I got the keys to our new unit… and honestly, this feels slightly surreal.

What started as an idea in my head is finally becoming real. After years of dreaming, lots of building, growing and creating a space that feels safe, empowering, strong and welcoming for women… it’s finally happening. 🤍

There’s still a LOT to do, a probably concerning amount of decisions to make, and I’ll likely live off caffeine during the process 😂 but this is the start of something really special. 💗

This is more than just a studio to me. It’s a fresh chapter, a community, and a place people can walk into and feel better when they leave.

Thank you to every single person who’s supported me, trained with me, shared my posts, trusted me and backed the vision along the way.

You build it in the moments nobody claps for.

The early mornings.
The hard conversations.
The workouts you nearly skipped.
The days you wanted to quit but chose to keep going anyway.

Real confidence isn’t loud.
It’s built quietly through repetition, self-respect and learning to trust yourself again.

And honestly?
For a lot of women, the transformation was never just physical.
