Access Care

Access Care Private live-in care introductions for discerning families across the UK. Established 1994. Calm, discreet and highly personalised.

We are a family-run, independent agency, established in 1994, specialising in the careful introduction of experienced, self-employed live-in carers to private households across the United Kingdom. Our approach is calm, discreet and highly personalised. We take the time to understand each individual’s circumstances, preferences and way of life, ensuring that every introduction feels right not only

on paper, but within the home. For many families, arranging care is a deeply personal decision. Our role is to guide you thoughtfully through each stage, offering clarity, reassurance and experience at a time when it matters most. We work with a carefully selected network of professional live-in carers, and every introduction is made with a focus on compatibility, continuity and long-term success. If you are beginning to explore care, or would value a confidential conversation, we would be very pleased to help.

Build Relationships. Match People. Make a Difference.

At Access Care, we believe successful live-in care begins with finding the right person, not simply filling a vacancy.

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Carer Relations Consultant to join our team at The Old Police House in the heart of Stockbridge.

This is a key role within our Carer Relations team, building trusted relationships with our professional live-in carers and helping them find the right families across the UK.
No two days are the same. You'll take the time to get to know our carers, understand their strengths, experience and aspirations, and thoughtfully match them with families where they can genuinely make a difference. You'll become a trusted point of contact, helping to create introductions that are successful, lasting and rewarding for everyone involved.

Whether you come from recruitment, account management, customer service or another relationship-led role, if you enjoy building trusted relationships and matching great people with the right opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who is warm, organised, commercially aware and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll communicate with confidence and professionalism, remain calm under pressure, and take genuine pride in delivering exceptional service.

The Role
• Full-time, Typically Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.00pm; extended hours as necessary
• 100% office-based at The Old Police House, Stockbridge High Street, Hampshire
• Immediate start available

Rather than asking for a CV straight away, we'd love to invite suitable candidates to have an informal conversation with our Head of Operations, Emma McNab. If it feels like the right fit for both of us, we'll then share the full job description and explain the next steps.

If this sounds like you—or someone you know—we'd love to hear from you.

📞 Call Emma on 01264 319 399 for an informal conversation.

In many cases, the answer is no.

With the right support, couples can often continue living together within the comfort of their own home.

When supporting someone living with dementia, it is often the little things that matter most.

Knowing how they like their tea.
Understanding their daily routine.
Recognising favourite topics of conversation.

Remembering what brings comfort and reassurance.

These small details help preserve dignity, confidence and a sense of normality.

For someone living with dementia, familiarity can be incredibly important.

A familiar home.
A familiar routine.
A familiar face.

Even small changes can sometimes feel unsettling, whilst familiar surroundings often provide comfort and reassurance.

This is one reason why many families choose to explore dementia care at home.
The environment already feels safe, understood and known.

The best care relationships often feel effortless.

Not because no effort is involved, but because the right people have been brought together.

Compatibility creates trust.
Trust creates confidence.

And confidence allows support to feel natural rather than intrusive.

That is why careful matching sits at the heart of every successful live-in care arrangement.

When families think about finding a carer, they often focus on experience and qualifications.

Those things are important. But they are rarely the whole story.

Personality.
Communication style.
Interests.
Lifestyle.
Sense of humour.

These factors often play an equally important role in creating a successful long-term arrangement.

Because care is not simply about support.
It is about sharing daily life.
