I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve heard someone say I can’t do yoga because I’m not bendy or I can’t sit cross-legged.
Here’s the truth: Many people who practice yoga can’t either.
And guess what - IT DOESN’T MATTER!
If you can breathe, you can enjoy yoga. Whatever your age, fitness level, body shape. None of that’s important. So if you’re curious come and give it a go.
My classes are online, or in person in Stockbridge and Longstock.
