There is something truly magical about the birth of a butterfly.

What begins as a tiny caterpillar enters a season of stillness and transformation, hidden from view, only to emerge as something entirely new.

The butterfly reminds us that growth often happens in the unseen places. The challenges, waiting periods, and moments of surrender are not the end of the story—they are part of the becoming.

Spiritually, butterflies symbolize rebirth, hope, renewal, and the soul's journey of transformation. They teach us that change can be beautiful, and that new life often emerges after seasons of uncertainty.

Today, as I witness the wonder of new butterflies taking flight, I'm reminded that we too are continually being transformed. By trusting the process, and embracing the change, new beginnings are often closer than we think.

May we all have the courage to spread our wings when the time comes.

Level I Attunement – CPD Accredited - 18th July
Dr Usui was a Japanese philosopher who rediscovered how to use Universal Energy to heal not only himself but others too.

I am a Reiki Master and can attune others to this wonderful way of helping to clear the blockages that keep you stuck. This is a unique opportunity for self-growth, putting things into perspective, and making the changes you need to make, so much easier.

Reiki I for me was quite subtle but helped me to see that the career I had then was not how I wanted to spend the rest of my working life, which was the easy bit. Reiki then brought to me a different way of looking at how happy and content I was or wasn’t, which again made the transition from corporate to natural wellness and running my own business, so much easier.

Tarot Tuesday…
Wood Nymph – Beauty – 52

The wood nymph calls you to look within and honour the beauty you hold inside, as well as the beauty that is all around you. What you see without, reflects what you see within, so the more positive and kindly you look upon yourself, the more positive and kinder your experiences will be, and vice versa.

Create harmony and peace within your home, even if it is in a small way; a bunch of flowers, a scented candle bath, or your favourite meal, can make all the difference. Relax and surround yourself with comfort and elegance.

The more you notice beauty in your environment, in yourself, and in others, the more it will fill your life. Tell yourself you are gorgeous and loveable; you are worth cherishing and you will glow with the love you give yourself.

If the wood nymphs and all they stand for resonate with you, recognise your inner light is shining and growing. Follow the wood nymphs’ example and relax, spend time in nature, sing and dance with joy.

If the number 52 frequently appears in your life, it is to be seen as a call to let go of old limitations. It encourages you to step into a new chapter of your life knowing that you are supported and aligned with your true purpose. How beautiful is that!

Blue Moon Magic

Tomorrow is the best time to see the full moon and this one is pretty special because it brings the beauty of a Blue Moon – a rare reminder that life is full of extraordinary moments waiting to be noticed.

Take a moment to pause, reflect, and appreciate how far you've come. Let go of what no longer serves you, set intentions that inspire you, and welcome new possibilities with an open heart.

Just like the Blue Moon, some opportunities only come around once in a while. Make the most of them.

The Blue Moon tells us to acknowledge the rare, beautiful, and sacred part of ourselves. Take time out to pause and enjoy life's quieter moments, and acknowledge the magic around you.

Write Your Life Story Before It Happens

One of the most powerful things I teach inside my Soul Aligned Course is how to write your life story as if it has already unfolded exactly as you desire. This is not from a place of wishing, not from a place of hoping, but from a place of knowing.

Years ago, when I first began exploring personal development and manifestation, I attended a webinar with the incredible Bob Proctor. One sentence he shared has stayed with me ever since:

‘If you can hold it in your head, you can hold it in your hand.’

At the time, I understood the words, but it is today, that I understand the meaning.

Looking back, I can see that so much of the life I now live began as a vision. A dream. A story I dared to imagine before it became my reality.

My life has felt truly magical since I stepped onto this path. I love every minute of what I do, and I feel deeply blessed to be helping others create lives that feel aligned, abundant and meaningful.

When you write your future story, you're not simply describing what you want.
You're becoming the person who can receive it. Take a moment to ask yourself, ‘What would happen if I started writing my next chapter today?’

• What do you desire?
• What do you need?
• What do you wish for?
• What would your life look like if everything aligned perfectly?

Write it down, see it, feel it, then watch what begins to unfold.
