FREE Men’s Cancer Strength Group
Two years ago, I was diagnosed with a rare cancer called Pseudomyxoma Peritonei (PMP). Since then, life has been a rollercoaster of major surgery, setbacks, and now palliative chemotherapy.
In November 2025, I was told my cancer was inoperable and was given around 12 months to live.
I made a decision that day… I wasn’t going to stop living.
Training has become far more than just lifting weights. It’s given me purpose, routine, strength, confidence, and something positive to focus on through the hardest time of my life.
That’s why I’m starting this FREE Men’s Cancer Strength Group.
This isn’t about who can lift the heaviest weight. It’s about getting men together who truly understand what it’s like to live with cancer. We’ll train at a pace that suits everyone, share experiences, swap tips, have a coffee afterwards, and remind each other that none of us are fighting this battle alone.
Research shows that, when appropriate and guided safely, strength training can help people living with cancer by:
💪 Maintaining muscle and strength during treatment
💪 Reducing cancer-related fatigue
💪 Improving mobility and independence
💪 Supporting mental health and confidence
💪 Helping manage treatment side effects
💪 Improving overall quality of life
Whether you’re newly diagnosed, in treatment, living with advanced cancer, or in remission, you’re welcome.
📅 Tuesdays, Thursdays & Sundays
🕐 1:00pm – 3:00pm
