You don’t need any yoga experience - just a mat, comfy clothes and a blanket.

As it’s the summer solstice on Sunday, the class will celebrate the peak of the sun’s energy and gently guide you to tune into your own.

I have lived a fairly eclectic life: I raised 6 (fabulous) children; I had a successful corporate career before becoming a serial entrepreneur, and have since built, and sold, some successful businesses, and some not so! I have had cancer 3 times & I recently suffered from chronic burnout. I have slowly climbed my way out of it to run my current 2 businesses. My Masterclass will focus on the 3 key aspects of running your own business, that are all intrinsically linked: financial stress, burnout & lack of self-belief! I am also a qualified Coach amongst other things, so I aim to combine my own experience with my knowledge!

Today’s real life meet up was such a powerful reminder that there is no single path to creating a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Today I sat with women from all walks of life. Some were thriving in long-established businesses they’ve built over many years. Some were navigating corporate careers. Others were facing redundancy and standing at the edge of an unexpected new chapter.

On paper their circumstances looked very different.
Yet as the conversations unfolded it became clear that so many of us are asking the same questions:

What do I really want from this next season of life?
What gives me purpose?
How can I create a life that feels aligned with who I am becoming?
What am I capable of if I trust myself a little more?

What I loved most was seeing women share their experiences so openly and generously. The woman with years of business experience learning from the woman in corporate. The woman facing uncertainty offering insights that made others stop and think. Different perspectives, different journeys, but so much wisdom in the room.
It reminded me that purpose isn’t tied to a job title, a salary, a business, or a particular stage of life. Purpose is something we create, refine, and rediscover throughout our lives as we grow and evolve.

There was so much encouragement, honesty, laughter, vulnerability, and support in the room today. The kind of conversations that leave you feeling a little braver, a little more hopeful and a little more excited about what might be possible.
Because no matter where we are on our journey we don’t have to navigate it alone.

Here’s to women embracing change, exploring new possibilities, and giving themselves permission to write the next chapter on their own terms 🙌🙌

Balance is such a funny old word and on
this mornings online meetup for female entrepreneurs we found ourselves talking about what balance actually means and how different it looks for every single one of us.
For some women balance is structure, routine and clear boundaries.
For others it’s the freedom to work when creativity and energy are flowing… and rest when their body asks for it.

Sometimes balance looks like:
✨ taking the afternoon off in the sunshine
✨ going for a walk instead of forcing productivity
✨ closing the laptop earlier
✨ building a business around your life & not sacrificing your life for your business
✨ listening to your nervous system instead of the hustle culture noise

Maybe balance isn’t about getting everything perfectly equal.
Maybe it’s about learning to trust ourselves enough to know what we need in each season.
As entrepreneurs we get to redefine success on our own terms. And I think that’s something really powerful. 🤍

Thank you so much for the incredible women that took part in this discussion this morning. The women that paused for 30 minutes and reflected on their week, acknowledging their wins which can often pass us by !!!!
