Join us for a blissful Summer evening in our little sanctuary of sound. Deeply relax in soothing meditative sound frequencies and the aroma of beautiful Summertime essential oils. Breathe in soft summer florals, think jasmine, rose, and neroli crafted to relax the mind and open the heart. Leave feeling refreshed, calm and soothed.

Aromatherapy oils with be diffused in the air on arrival, a specific blend applied to the pulse points and sweet mists of aromatic oils sprayed into the air intermittently throughout the sound bath for a deeply sensory journey. Aromatherapy is known to have a positive impact on emotional well-being, promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and create balance.

A magical collective of crystal sounds are thoughtfully curated to allow you to rest and rejuvenate at the mid-week point. Create a sense of harmony in the deepest parts of your body, mind, emotions and spirit. Sonic vibrations are known to slow down the breathe, soothe the nervous system and lower the heart rate. Sound entrainment will guide you to experience an Alpha or Theta brain wave state supporting you to take deep rest and even drift off to sleep.

We listen with more than the ears.

There are 3 distinct ways of listening in a sound bath — each one a different doorway into the experience.

1.Body listening

This is the most primal form.
Instead of focusing on the sound, you focus on the sensations the vibrations create. The way low tones feel in the chest or belly. You listening with the skin, fascia, muscles — not the ears.

2.Emotional listening

This is where the sound becomes a mirror.

Noticing what feelings rise. Letting memories drift in and out. Tracking the emotional “weather” without judging it

We often discover that the crystal singing bowls reveal what the mind has been holding.

3.Deep stillness listening

This is the meditative layer — the one that feels like dropping into warm water.

Listening to the silence between tones - where the healing lies. Allowing yourself to dissolve into the experience.

This is where people say they “went somewhere” even though they never moved.

5 days until the Waning Moon Sound Bath ♑️.

Join us in our little sanctuary of sound for a blissful lunar evening to embrace the waning moon in the astrological sign of Capricorn. As the moon’s light diminishes, the energy softens. It encourages slowing down and conserving energy. In the sound bath, we will flow through a waning moon ritual, meditation and breath practice to settle, become truly present and align with cosmic energy.

Comfortably lie back for the duration of the sound bath where you are invited with freedom to encounter and experience the therapeutic sounds as they fill the space. Deeply immerse and feel into soothing sound frequencies to calm, nurture and relax at the waning moon.
