Sometimes, simply asking someone how they’re really doing can be the first step towards helping them feel less alone.

As a Mental Health First Aider, with my own first-hand experience of mental health challenges, I know how important it is to create spaces where people feel safe to speak openly, ask for help, and be heard without judgement.

Sadly, research shows that people living in lower socio-economic areas are less likely to have access to a defibrillator.

So it’s vital that when there are defibs in these areas they're rescue-ready and registered on The Circuit.
