🌱Help Managing The Menopause Is Here!🌱

Shelly Murphy, a long standing, accomplished holistic therapist, organic skincare specialist and owner of Shhh Holistic and Emma Ellice Flint, nutritional therapist, experienced chef and author of 'The Happy Hormone Cookbook' have joined forces to bring women together in a beautiful setting to discuss and learn how to deal with some of the side effects of menopause naturally.

The day will include a workshop to learn and experience making your bespoke face serum and a discussion on holistic approaches to the subject including aromatherapy, meditation, pressure points and your own journey.

Emma will host a plant based cooking demonstration, displaying the power of food and its ability to heal, alongside what to eat for vitality, gut health and hormone balance.

We will enjoy our delicious wholefood lunch together around a huge pine table in the stunning coach house.

Then take a stroll through the private woodland gardens, if English weather allows.

Along with the knowledge from the day, you will leave with a goody bag worth £200, including 'The Happy Hormone Cookbook', your bespoke skincare and 50ml hyaluronic acid treatment.
