A handful of nuts can provide you with mountains of nutrition. For example when comparing the recommended intake of nuts/seeds vs veg, nuts have:

✨ 40x more biotin (found in pumpkin seeds supports the nervous system)
✨ 10x more manganese (found in walnuts protects cells from oxidative stress, contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism)
This doesn't mean you should eat them instead of veg, but they do make for a nutritious addition to your daily routine!
