Hey you lovely lot ☺️

When we suffer with a guilt, it can feel debilitating and can affect how we function in life. It sometimes affects the way we interact with others and can create situations where you find it hard to say no or put our needs first.

Eventually guilt can turn to shame and this can feel even worse, as this moves from beating yourself up about a situation, to beating yourself up about who you are as a person.

I have just recorded an audio that looks at ways to reframe and challenge your thoughts of guilt and shame, helping you to make decisions that are more balanced and healthy without suffering from the choices you make.

To listen head to the audio section on my site. If you already recieve my audios this one will be with you now ☺️

Hi guys 👋🏻

It’s hard to find purpose when everything feels numb.

When you’re suffering with low mood, depression or grief it can sometimes feel impossible to pull yourself around and get back to a feeling of motivation and purpose again.

I have just recorded an audio that helps guide you through ways of moving forward, making small steps in the right direction. To find happiness and purpose again, without feeling overwhelmed with the effort or process.

Hey Everyone ☺️

An anxious feeling is a normal natural emotion, that everyone experiences at some point in their lives. However, if you have suffered with consistent anxiety then you can become hypersensitive to any feelings of unease or anxiety, even when it is in response to a situation. This can create a sense of fear or dread, when even a small amount of natural anxiety is present.

Many people speak about never wanting to ever feel anxiety again. Unfortunately that is not possible or a reality, as sometimes an anxious feeling is a natural response and sometimes it can be helpful.

Even though generalised, consistent anxiety can make you suffer, occasional feelings of anxiety are something you have to learn to live with.

I have just recorded an audio to help guide you into a place where you can learn to accept that anxious feelings are part of life, knowing they will pass and having the confidence to be able to sit with the feelings, without fear.🥰

Hi you lovely lot 🥰

It is really important to be aware of what your values are.
Knowing what matters to us shapes our focus, supports our happiness and helps us to keep our boundaries in check.

However, sometimes we can have a conflict of values. This is the internal tug of war feeling you feel when trying to make a decision.

Putting someone else's needs above your own, honouring your own time, removing yourself from unhealthy relationship. All of these situations can cause conflict between your own personal values and can make decision making feel really hard.

I have just recorded an audio that looks at ways of dealing with conflicting values, allowing you to make those decisions from a removed and guilt free perspective.

To listen to this audio and many many more, head to the audio section on my website. If you already access my audios this one will be available to you now. 🎉🎉

Hey you lovely lot! 👋🏻

Do you feel like people constantly expect from you or put on you?
Feel like people take advantage of you? Like your life is not your own?
But, you also know these people are not bad people or trying to cause you stress but there is just an assumption that you will step in or step up! I have just uploaded an audio that offers advise on how to set better boundaries, say 'no' in a polite and confident way, that avoids conflict or upset and stops you from creating the expectation cycle that you are currently stuck in.

To listen head to my website and click on audios. If you already recieve my audios then this one will be with you now. 🎉🎉

Hey everyone ☺️

Sometimes when we are in a pattern of overthinking, it is really difficult to get a rational perspective on the things we worry most about.

The Rule I talk about in this latest audio is a really easy perspective tool. Which allows you to bring yourself back to a calmer state of mind and be able to reflect on situations with a much stronger, rational state of mind.

To listen, head to the audio section on my website. If you already receive my audios then this one will be in your inbox now.

Enjoy 🥰
