Meet Leanne and Hannah. πŸ’š

As Good Care Month comes to an end, our commitment to good care continues.

At Apollo, care, compassion, and community are at the heart of everything we do. Today, we’re celebrating the incredible relationship between our client Leanne and her Healthcare Assistant, Hannah, who is a true example of how care goes beyond support. It’s about connection, trust, and friendship.

Hannah has been a constant source of support for Leanne, visiting her regularly and being there for her both at home and during hospital stays. Their bond reflects the meaningful relationships that can be built through compassionate care.

Leanne shared her appreciation for Hannah’s kindness, dedication, and compassion, describing her as β€œone in a million.” πŸ«‚

This is what Good Care Month is all about… celebrating the incredible people who make a difference every day and recognising the outstanding care our teams provide to the people we support.

Thank you, Hannah and the wider Apollo Home Healthcare team, for showing what exceptional care truly means with everyone with support.

We're proud to share that our Northwest Office has been rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)!

Achieving a 'Good' rating across all five key areas; Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led, is a fantastic recognition of the dedication, professionalism and compassion shown by our team every day.

The CQC recognised our commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality care for adults and children with very complex healthcare needs, highlighting our thorough care planning, safe clinical practice, strong leadership, and a culture of continuous improvement. The report also recognised the positive relationships we build with the people we support, their families and healthcare professionals to help achieve the best possible quality of life.

As a CQC-registered provider authorised to deliver Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI), we're proud that this assessment reinforces the safe, clinically led care we provide every day.

Perhaps most importantly, the feedback from the people who use our services speaks for itself:

πŸ’š "It's a brilliant service and carers go the extra mile."
πŸ’š "I know the carers well and always know who's coming. They are well trained and know what they are doing."

We're incredibly proud of this achievement and would like to thank our amazing colleagues for their hard work and commitment, as well as our clients, their families, and our healthcare partners for the trust they place in us every day.

Receiving a 'Good' rating is an important milestone, but our focus remains the same: to continually learn, improve and deliver the highest standards of person-centred complex care.

Today is Thank You Day πŸ’š

Every day across Apollo Home Healthcare, we see people making a difference.

Whether it's delivering exceptional care, supporting a colleague through a busy shift, sharing knowledge, offering reassurance to a family, or simply taking the time to check in with someone who needs it, these moments may seem small, but they have a lasting impact.

Today is a reminder to pause and say thank you to the people who make a difference in your day.

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we believe recognition shouldn't be saved for one day of the year. That's why we encourage our teams to celebrate one another every day through our Thank You Cards and Values Recognition Awards, recognising the colleagues who bring our values to life through their care, compassion, commitment, courage, communication, and competence.

If someone has gone above and beyond, made your day a little easier or simply reminded you why great teamwork matters, we encourage you to let them know.

A simple thank you can mean more than you think. πŸ’š

As a complex clinical homecare provider, we know that great care is about so much more than clinical expertise. It's about compassion, teamwork, trust, and empowering people with complex needs to live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.

While enjoying a well-deserved holiday, Ben made sure he didn't miss the chance to support England in the World Cup.

With his mum and HCA Helen by his side, they got into the football spirit together and enjoyed supporting the Three Lions.

Holidays are all about making memories, and this was certainly one to remember!

Come on, England! πŸ¦β€οΈπŸ’š
