✨ Dublin friends, we’d love to have you join us for a really lovely afternoon of gentle Breathwork & Spinal Energetics.
If you’ve been feeling a bit stressed, disconnected, or simply like you need some time to slow down and come back to yourself, this space is for you.
You don’t need any prior experience with breathwork or Spinal Energetics, and you don’t need to be “good” at anything here. Just come as you are.
Perrine, Nina & Lucia will be guiding you through:
✨ Breathwork to land gently into the present moment and open your capacity to feel.
✨ Spinal Energetics to facilitate organic movement, tension release, and energetic alignment.
Whether this is your very first time or you’ve done it before, you are so welcome in this space. We’re keeping the group small and intimate so everyone feels fully supported throughout the afternoon.

Spinal Energetics is a healing modality that works with the spine, nervous system and energy field.
Using very light touch & sometimes no touch at all, it helps release stored tension, trauma & emotions in a safe, guided way.
During a session, you tune into your body, which can lead to spontaneous movements, emotional releases, or deep relaxation. It’s completely unforced - just your body reorganising & letting go of old patterns.
