Family Constellations is a powerful form of ancestral healing that can help bring to light hidden patterns, entanglements and dynamics within our family systems.

The whole day is held as a sacred healing movement. While not everyone attending will have their own individual constellation, there are opportunities to take part as a representative in the constellations of others.

Often we find that the pieces of work that unfold during the day resonate with different members of the group in ways we could never have planned. Whether you are doing your own constellation, representing for someone else, or simply witnessing the work, you are part of the healing field of the day.

Today is Lughnasadh, the ancient Irish harvest festival, and it feels so special to be sharing these videos from the beautiful tidal island of Inishkeel in Narin, Donegal.

Lughnasadh is a powerful time in the Celtic calendar, marking the first harvest and the midpoint between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox. Traditionally celebrated on 1st August, the energy continues to build towards the exact astronomical cross-quarter point on 7th August.

It is a beautiful time to pause, give thanks for everything that has grown in your life over the past few months, recognise how far you’ve come, and begin preparing for the next chapter. Named after the Celtic god Lugh, it reminds us to honour our gifts, our light and the abundance that is beginning to unfold.

This Tuesday, 4th August at 10.00 am, in our Online Community Angelic Meditation Class, we’ll be working deeply with the beautiful energies of Lughnasadh. Together we’ll connect with the Angels and our Ancestors, who have been coming forward very strongly over the past number of weeks, helping us to heal the past, honour those who walked before us, and receive the wisdom, healing and support that’s available at this powerful turning point of the year.

Today after the meditation class I visited the sacred well of An Nemnach, “The Pearly One”, on the Hill of Tara. ✨

This is such a powerful and sacred place, connected with Goddess Mairisiu and said to be protected by a serpent. Some schools of thought suggest that a temple or sacred place connected with Goddess Mairisiu once stood beside the well, although there is no trace of it remaining today.

There are also stories of it being very much connected and aligned to the High kings of Ireland namely King Cormac

An Nemnach is also traditionally connected with the site of Ireland’s first mill, linking this sacred place with the cultivation of the land, food and the development of early society.

There is a very deep sense of peace here that I feel every time I visit, and a beautiful sacred connection with the land and the ancient waters.

For me, there is just something incredibly special about this sacred place 🙏🏻✨💚🐍🧝‍♀️

✨ Some exciting news to share! ✨

I’m absolutely delighted to announce that Angelic Energy Healing has now been formally recognised and accredited by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

This is a wonderful milestone and something I’ve been working towards for quite some time. I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported me and been part of this journey.

This accreditation opens up exciting opportunities for both current students and qualified practitioners, including access to IICT practitioner membership and insurance (where applicable), along with a range of other professional benefits.

If you’ve already trained with me, or are currently on your Angelic Energy Healing journey, we’re putting together an information pack with everything you need to know. Please bear with us while we finalise everything, and I’ll be sharing more information over the next week or so.

✨ New Moon, Summer Solstice & Sacred Connection ✨

We are moving through a very special and sacred time as the energies of the New Moon and the Summer Solstice come together.

For me, the Solstice is one of the most potent times of the year for setting intentions, healing, realignment, and reconnecting with ourselves, our ancestors, the land, and the deeper wisdom within.

It is also a beautiful time to connect with the blessings of those who came before us. While we often focus on the trauma carried through our ancestral lines, there is also great love, wisdom, strength, resilience, and many gifts that have been passed down through the generations.

Tomorrow evening at 7pm, in our Online Community Angelic Meditation Class, we will be working with the energies of the New Moon and Summer Solstice through meditation, healing, intention setting, and angelic guidance.

On Friday 19th June at 10am, we will gather at the sacred Hill of Tara, connecting with the land, our ancestors, and the powerful light of this Solstice season.
