Mouth taping has had a lot of attention lately, and some of it is fair.
Sealing your lips shut isn't the answer.

MyoTape was designed to surround the lips, not cover them, so your body can always let air out.

Peel. Stretch. Apply. That's it.

MyoTape surrounds your lips instead of sealing them, so you can still talk and even sip water with it on. The light stretch gently reminds your lips to stay together while you sleep.

Apply to clean, dry skin with no lip balm, and stretch it 20–30% as you go.

Wake up with a dry mouth? You might be breathing through your mouth while you sleep.

Most people don't know until they notice the signs in the morning: a dry mouth, bad breath, a scratchy throat, feeling tired after a full night, or a partner who mentions the snoring.

How many did you tick? Save this and check in with yourself this week.
If you snore loudly, gasp or choke at night, talk to your doctor first.

Why does MyoTape have an opening in the middle?

Because your body should always be able to let air out.

Most mouth tapes seal the lips completely. Patrick McKeown has spent decades teaching people to breathe through their nose, and he didn't want that. When he designed MyoTape, safety came first.

MyoTape surrounds your lips instead of covering them. The light stretch reminds your lips to stay together while you sleep, but air can still get out, and you can still talk and sip water with it on.

It's a reminder, not a seal.

😴 Better Sleep Starts With How (and Where) You Breathe
Your sleep position matters — but it only works if you're breathing well too.
🛌 Sleeping on your side helps keep your airway open and can lower the chances of snoring. But even in the best position, mouth breathing can still get in the way.
👃 That's because nose breathing is key for steady airflow and a stable airway all night long.
This is where MyoTape comes in — it gently keeps your lips closed, so your body can naturally default to nose breathing while you sleep.
✨ Pair MyoTape with the right sleep position, and the results add up: less snoring, better breathing, and deeper, more restful sleep — all with one simple habit.

😴 Why Kids May Have Trouble Breathing at Night
Mouth open while sleeping? Snoring? Tossing and turning all night? These aren't just "quirks" — they're often signs your child's breathing needs attention.
Poor sleep breathing in kids is way more common than most parents realize. Some common culprits:
🌬️ Nasal congestion (allergies, colds, chronic stuffiness) that makes nose breathing feel impossible
😮 Enlarged tonsils or adenoids partially blocking the airway
🔁 Habitual mouth breathing that started during an illness and just... stuck around
😰 Stress & anxiety keeping the body alert, making it hard to slow down and settle into sleep
🦷 Anatomical factors like a high, narrow palate or tongue tie restricting airflow
Here's the tricky part: these causes often feed each other. A blocked nose can lead to mouth breathing → which can affect jaw and airway growth over time → which makes nose breathing even harder. It's a quiet cycle that can disrupt your child's sleep night after night.
👀 If any of this sounds familiar, it might be worth a closer look.
