I first came across Lynne Barker Health in March 2024, during a time when my health was at its lowest. After many years of enjoying good health, I suddenly found myself feeling constantly unwell. In the years leading up to Covid, I’d experienced three significant bereavements, and after contracting Covid several times, I became stuck in a cycle of sinus and chest infections. My body ached from head to toe, I felt constantly exhausted, and I was increasingly reliant on a Ventolin inhaler. I put it down to grief, menopause, and simply getting older.
Then I remembered something that had helped me decades earlier with asthma—bio-energy. I searched online for a therapist and was incredibly fortunate to find Lynne. From my very first session, which combined biokinesiology and bio-energy, I noticed a profound difference.
