The Pilates Studio Midleton East Cork's highly renowned boutique Pilates studio. Classes in reformer, mat Pilates, barre, pre & post natal, & mum & baby Pilates. qualified.

STOTT Pilates certified instructor with post rehab certification, breast cancer rehab, Parkinson's & M.S. We are a boutique style Pilates studio situated in the bustling town of Midleton. We teach STOTT Pilates for beginners, level 2, level 3 & level 4 (intermediate) on the mat, & prenatal (pregnancy) Pilates on the ball. We teach Reformer Pilates in small groups of up to 4 clients, on the STOTT P

ilates SPX Reformers. We hold a once weekly ballet barre class in the studio which is a 50/50 mix of cardio & intermediate toning. As well as courses of Pilates we offer morning drop-in Pilates which are taught at a mixed level & private sessions, scheduled to suit the client. The studio is fully equipped with 10mm Pilates mats, head blocks, sitting blocks, barrels, flexi bands, balls & weights.

Two methods that work to complement each other perfectly. Take one Mat class & one reformer class for 4 weeks starting week of 8th June for €128. Mat classes are split into levels, beginners, level 2, strength & intermediate. Reformer is split into beginners, improvers & strength. This is amazing value for 4 Mat classes & 4 reformer classes in East Corks longest established studio (2014) with our highly qualified & experienced teachers in a fully equipped studio 🙌

Thinking of taking up reformer Pilates? Join us for an introduction on Saturday 6th, 11.30am-12pm. This session is for absolute beginners. We will show you the basics of the machine, how it works, how to set up, changing springs & how the loading works. We also assess your movement & can modify if any of the exercises don’t suit your body. We can also assess your strength & mobility & advise which level class will benefit you most. This session is ran by our studio owner & Pilates teacher of 13 years so you’ll be in good hands ;-)
This session is free with the €99 intro package (5 x 50 min beginners classes) & free with the standard 5 (€125) & 10 (€225) packs. There is a drop in option of €20 for clients who don’t want to commit but would like to try reformer.

Our June mat courses are now open for booking. 11 courses to choose from, split into levels of ability. All courses start week of 8th June & run for 4 weeks. Mat & barre courses are €48, prenatal is €56. Mat is the best compliment to reformer Pilates, we highly recommend one of each per week for optimal results in post rehab, strength & mobility.
