👣 If you have diabetes, a 60-second daily foot check could help prevent serious complications.
Diabetes can affect circulation and sensation in the feet, meaning small issues can quickly become bigger problems if left unnoticed.
That's why I encourage my clients to check these 5 key areas every day:
✔ Heel cracks
✔ Between the toes
✔ Under the big toe joint
✔ Ball of the foot
✔ Nail edges
Look for any redness, swelling, cracks, blisters, callus build-up, changes in skin colour, wounds or signs of infection.
Early detection can help prevent ulceration, infection and other foot health complications.
💚 Save this post for later and share it with someone living with diabetes.
