✨ Nail Prosthetics Transformation ✨

This client lost both big toenails after wearing a friend's shoes, which led to significant trauma to the nail plates. The good news is that the nails are now growing back beautifully and healthy new nail growth is visible. 🙌

In an ideal situation, I would always recommend leaving the natural nail free from reconstruction whenever possible, as this allows us to monitor the nail and support healthy growth without covering it.

However, with a holiday coming up, my client wanted to feel confident showing her feet, so we opted for temporary nail prosthetics to restore the appearance of the toenails while the natural nails continue to grow underneath.

Nail prosthetics can be a fantastic confidence booster, but they do require regular maintenance and monitoring to ensure the health of the natural nail remains the priority.

Every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, balancing both nail health and confidence. 💚

Who said ingrown toenail treatment can't look pretty? ✨

This patient had a NiTi (Nickel Titanium Memory Wire) brace applied to help gently correct the nail and reduce discomfort from an ingrown toenail.

Because nail polish can't be applied directly over the brace, we got creative with some cute polka dots on the big toe instead! 💕

Foot health and pretty toes can absolutely go hand in hand.
