Portavade, Dromard, Co.Sligo.

-17th July 2026-

Peacefully, in the arms of his loving wife Helen, following a long illness fought with great dignity and graciousness.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Bea, his first wife Norma, his brothers Raymond and Brendan, his nephew Richard and his niece Lorraine.

Dear husband of Helen, John will be mourned by his brother Leon, his sister Philomena, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, his Godson Nigel , his Goddaughters Deirdre O’Brien and Siofra McCrann, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May John’s Gentle Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.

John will repose at his home (F91 X798) on Saturday, July 18th from 5pm until 9pm. Funeral will arrive to St. Adamnan's Church, Skreen (F91E621) on Sunday morning for 11.30am Mass, with burial afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Skreen.

Cardiff, Wales; formerly of Hanly Avenue, Boyle, Co. Roscommon.

James passed away peacefully at his residence in Cardiff on June 30th 2026.

He is sadly missed and remembered with love by his parents Micheal and Mary (Boyle), brothers, Patrick, Fergus (Dublin) and Kieran (Sligo); sisters Catriona (Dublin), Eilis (Boyle) and Ursula (Cork); sister-in-law Sara, Fergus’ partner Jelena; nieces Orla, Liadhan, Eppi and Luna; aunts, uncles, cousins; and extended family, friends and neighbours.

May James's gentle soul rest in peace.

James will repose in Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle, (F52ND23) on Wednesday (22nd July) from 5pm until 7pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Thursday morning at 11am in St. Joseph’s Church, Boyle, with burial afterwards in Assylinn Old Cemetery.

-2nd July 2026-

Peacefully, at Roscommon Hospice, after a short illness borne with great courage and dignity, with the support of her devoted husband and family.

Florence is sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband John, sister Teresa Gavican (Richie), brother Peter Shannon (Maura), sister-in-law Sr. Marie (LSA), her adored nieces and nephews, Suzanne, Lorraine, Yvonne, Gina, Tracey, Shane, Richard, Jonathan and Kevin, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Florence’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Mater Private Hospital, Sligo University Hospital, Abbey Haven Nursing Care Centre, Boyle and Roscommon Hospice for the wonderful care Florence received during her illness.

Florence will repose in Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle, (F52ND23) on Sunday (5th July) from 4.30pm until 7pm. Removal from her home on Monday morning to the Church of the Holy Trinity, Kilmaryal (F45NX60), for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am. A private Cremation service will take place thereafter.

Michael McCauley

Warren, Boyle, Co. Roscommon and formerly of Dromard, Mohill, Co. Leitrim.

-2nd April 2026-

Michael passed away peacefully in Sligo University Hospital, with his loving family by his side following a courageous and dignified battle with illness.

Predeceased by his parents Bernard and Mary McCauley and his brother Gerard.

Michael is sadly missed and remembered with love by his devoted wife and best friend Belinda, his cherished and adored children Shane, Jessica and Alan, his brothers Brian and Sean, daughter-in-law Dillon, Jessica’s fiancé Conor, sisters-in-law Róisin, Mary Teresa and Imelda, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Belinda (nee Brennan), his brother Sean and his niece Fiona Rogers.

Andy Joe is deeply regretted by his loving and devoted wife Martha, daughters Rena(David), Noelle(Mark), son David(Irene), sisters Ann and Linda, brothers-in-law Gordon and Donal, sister-in-law Carmel(Michael), his adored grandchildren, Deirdre, Joanne, Oisín and Liam, his godmother Bernadette Leonard, nephews, cousins, extended family, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Andy Joe. Thank you to his medical team, the palliative care team and the wonderful staff of Medical 7 Stroke Ward.
