📍 We've officially arrived in Longford!

You'll now find the Connected Health team at our new home at 26 Dublin Street, Longford.

We've relocated from our Carrick-on-Shannon office into a fantastic new space that will support our continued growth and, most importantly, our commitment to delivering outstanding care across the local community.

We'll be holding an official opening in the coming weeks, but in the meantime we're excited to become part of the Longford community and are looking for compassionate local people to join our growing team.
