Somarth School Somatic Art Therapist and Lecturer,
Family Constellations Facilitator, Reiki Master. Podcast Host. Welcome to a safe space for healing!

My name is Marka, I graduated over 10 years ago and have extensive experience, including giving lectures on the use of photography in mental health. My area of expertise is body-oriented art therapy and photo art therapy, and I also work with family constellations (addressing intergenerational traumas and patterns), shamanic journeys, meditations, and Reiki energy (My Master is Bonita Choi-O’Neil)

. Currently, I focus on working with women in both group settings and one-on-one sessions. My work addresses body image issues, inner conflicts, fears, early traumas, and somatic symptoms. I also specialize in female-specific concerns, such as psychological infertility, painful periods, and endometriosis. I’ve had three cases of successful natural pregnancy through this approach, using images and sensations to communicate with the body and its organs. In addition to my main focus, I have also supported clients during cancer treatment and remission, helping them work through feelings of body betrayal. My approach is about expressing what has been suppressed. This is especially helpful for those who find it difficult to remember, speak about, or face their experiences due to shame or pain. By tapping into implicit memory, inner knowledge, and intuition, we create space for healing. No artistic skills or creativity are required for this process, as it is accessible to everyone.

Many women do not see a connection.
But it’s always present.

Through our art therapy practice we address deep layers of inner reality.

Why?
What for?
What should I change in my life to help it?

Do you want to heal uterus?
Let’s check the connection with your physical body.

If there is no connection with the body
And no desire for connection either.
This is both the root cause and the immediate challenge.

How can we support the body?
How can we help it heal if there is no relationship with it?

And body sends signals, severe signals, to attract attention.

In a constellation, the dynamic often becomes visible almost instantly: resistance toward the body, an unwillingness even to touch it—let alone connect with it, care for it, or fully inhabit it.

When the issue concerns our physical existence—health, vitality, or even our relationship with money—we cannot bypass the body.

The source of this disconnection may be the immense pain the body has been carrying, a lifetime of emotions and experiences that were never fully processed. It may also emerge from the symbolic memory of previous life experiences that ended in trauma or loss.

Whatever the origin, we enter the field to discover a different possibility—to find a passage where none seemed to exist. The constellation allows us to explore the same question through different inner parts, perspectives, and identities.

Sometimes the most transformative view comes from looking at the present through the eyes of the future.

The desired future is not simply a goal. It is a state of being, a new identity that becomes the teacher.

In this picture you can see:

The brown figure represents the physical body.
The child represents the client, looking into the distance and not noticing the body at all.
The white figure represents the spiritual guide.

During the process we speak with inner parts and find the way to connect.

Bipolar Disorder—or Simply the Female Cycle?

A lack of deep understanding of the psycho-emotional nature of the female cycle can lead to misdiagnosis. Sometimes there is also a desire to solve the issue quickly through medication, without exploring the underlying causes.

Changes in mood, behavior, and self-perception during the luteal phase are a normal part of many women’s experience. This is a result of inner processes, not just biology.

When you respect your feminine nature, you begin to recognize that your own rhythm deserves priority over constant productivity.

My recommendation is simple: reserve your own cave for three days. Rest, reflect, slow down, and simply exist. Then return to your active life with renewed energy.

This approach supports both inner and outer well-being.

However, it often requires lifestyle changes and, at times, transforming inherited family patterns. This is not a one-minute fix. It is a therapeutic process that asks for attention, commitment, and gradual restructuring.

Most importantly, it begins with an inner decision: to trust your own experience, your own wisdom, and your own understanding of yourself above external expectations.

Professionals, therapists, and experts can offer guidance and support. But they cannot define who you are, what you feel, or what is right for your life.

Stay curious, stay discerning, and never give away your inner authority—even to highly qualified specialists.

Yes, we create, we dive into Shadow, into irrational and chaotic BUT there is a structure inside any of my programs.

A river finds its banks.

Flow needs form.
Form needs flow.

Why do I feel unsafe, no matter what practices I do?

From time to time, I meet clients who are very experienced in self-exploration. They have tried many approaches. They are psychologists, therapists, coaches, and yet they still have blind spots and unanswered questions. Sometimes they become curious about my method.
For someone who has never done art therapy before, there are certainly millions of insights.

For someone who has done art therapy but never used it to explore physical symptoms or the body, uterus, reproductive issues, etc. there are also many moments of awe.

But what I want to say is that neither the tool nor the protocol is magical. What matters is the space and the connection between people. They meet, and something emerges. Right here, right now, between them.

After more than 10 years of doing this work, I no longer see our tools as something special. They are simple: meditation and observation. What truly makes the invisible visible is the quality of our gaze, our presence, our ability to resonate with something and notice what does not want to be noticed.

This is especially true in cases where people say, "I've tried everything."

What you see in that drawing (body and the hand) is a sensation, a presence that appeared through observing self-portraits. How can you feel safe if your body is literally maintaining a constant connection with something unresolved? There is no time line. It's endless. Eternity.

It is always there until you find it and complete the unfinished relationship.

Sometimes it is not even yours—it may come from ancestral entanglements or experiences carried from the past.

In short, you do not need to analyze it. An image is an elegant way to approach complex things. Change the image, and you change everything connected to that image.

If you have a question to your body - let's explore it together.

Small Things — Big Results.

When clients describe their insights, sometimes they seem so simple, yet they are profoundly transformative.

“I noticed how I walked down the street. And I became aware of how my hips were slowly flowing through the air, and I could feel that movement. I had never experienced it this way before. My pelvis felt as if it were made of stone.
I never wanted to be seen as an attractive woman because it didn’t feel safe. It could bring me trouble. But now I even forget about that.
I felt the joy of walking. Walking felt like slow dancing, and I experienced pleasure. I am simply in awe. I’ve lived in my body for 40 years, and this has never happened to me before.
I wasn’t thinking or controlling. I was dissolving into sensations and flow, like in a water meditation. Water teaches me.”

When you are deeply connected to your body, it transforms every area of your life.

If you’d like to build a bridge between your body and mind and explore your physical Self deeply, in details “Body Landscapes method” is for you.

The uterus cries with red tears. But nobody is listening.

Nobody pays attention.
Ignorance.
Silence.
Avoidance.

A woman gives no mercy to her own uterus.
No relationship there. And no wish to build one.

But go back and read this from the beginning.
Does it remind you of some other relationship in your life?

We are like fractals. We repeat patterns on different levels.

Reproductive issues come along with childhood trauma.
With a disrupted connection between Mother and Daughter.
With the history of the Lineage.

Your cycle is not a separate thing. It’s a mirror of your relationship with your body, your gender, your Mother, your Lineage.

New episode about Menstrual Cycle is available (link in bio).
I invite you to reflect your experience and put it into images, patterns, colors.

If all of that resonates - book a free call ✨
